1. Return Eligibility
Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- All original accessories, manuals, and invoices are included
⚠️ Due to the nature of medical and diagnostic products, used or opened items are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used diagnostic kits
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage
- Items purchased during clearance or special discount sales
- Products without original packaging or invoice
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return request:

- Mention your Order ID, product details, and reason for return
- Attach clear images or videos of the product (if damaged or defective)

- Refund processing time: 7–10 working days after approval
