Refund and Returns Policy

At Mittal Meditech, we strive to ensure that every customer has a satisfying shopping experience. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange a product, and this policy outlines the terms under which such requests will be processed.
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. As our offerings include medical products, items that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for return due to health, safety, and hygiene considerations. Similarly, products that arrive without their original packaging or invoice, items specifically marked as non-returnable, or products that have been damaged due to misuse on the customer’s part will not be eligible for return.
Once a returned product is received, our team will carefully inspect it to determine whether it meets the criteria for a refund. You will be notified of the outcome of this inspection, and approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
In cases where a product is found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery, we are happy to offer an exchange. Such issues must be reported to our team within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with supporting photographs or videos to help us process your request promptly.
If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, we encourage you to get in touch with our customer support team, sharing your order number along with the reason for the return and relevant product images. Our team will then guide you through the necessary steps for pickup and processing.
Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Orders can be cancelled at any time before they have been shipped; however, once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated, and the standard return process will apply instead.
