1. Read the instruction leaflet supplied in the kit before starting.
2. Let the sealed pouch and the sample reach room temperature.
3. Open the pouch and place the test cassette on a clean, flat surface.
4. Add the sample and buffer to the sample well exactly as the leaflet describes.
5. Read the result in the time stated on the leaflet. A line at C (control) shows the test worked.
6. Dispose of the used cassette, lancet and sample as biomedical waste.
